In Oakville, the average price of a detached home sat at $1,367,226 in December. A semi-detached cost $842,667, a condo-townhouse cost $622,345 and a condo cost $558,283.
In Milton, the average price of a detached home reached $902,745. A semi-detached cost $744,778, a condo townhouse cost $524,500 and a condo cost $489,167.
In Halton Hills, the average price of a detached home hit $860,364. A semi-detached cost $548,300, a condo townhouse cost $399,667 and a condo cost $457,500.
According to the Realtors’ Association of Hamilton-Burlington, a detached home in Burlington cost $1,040,731. A semi-detached/row/town/link home cost $$624,717 and a condo cost $549,071.
But even though the market is hot, some homes are still selling for reasonable prices—and other luxury properties are selling for big bucks.
