Man wanted in Milton murder case arrested in Vancouver

After a cross-country search, a fourth man has been arrested in Vancouver in connection with a murder victim found in Milton.

After a cross-country search, a fourth man has been arrested in Vancouver in connection with a murder victim found in Milton.

Ahmed Ismail, 24, of Toronto was arrested in British Columbia on Tuesday. He was wanted by Halton Regional Police in relation to the June 30 homicide of 16-year-old Ezekiel Agyemang of Brampton.

Ismail was arrested by the Vancouver Police Department for an unrelated shooting. He has been charged in Halton for first degree murder and kidnapping. He has been charged in Vancouver for attempted murder in the unrelated case.

Ismail has been held in custody pending a bail hearing in Vancouver.

All suspects in this local murder case have now been arrested.

In June, Agyemang’s body was found by a passerby near the intersection Guelph Line and No. 10 Side Road in Milton. He died as a result of a gunshot wound.
