We’re rapidly approaching that time of the year – jolly ol’ St. Nick will be moving from house to house, delivering presents, pilfering cookies and milk, and spreading holiday cheer.

If you’d like to join in on the fun and watch his journey, Google Maps has you covered.

Google is following its annual tradition of busting out the “Santa Tracker.” Anyone using Maps on their phone will be able to track Santa’s trip as he travels all around the globe in one day.

So how can you check it out?

On December 24, open Maps (make sure it’s updated beforehand) and navigate to the menu. Select Location Sharing and tap the Santa Claus icon at the top of the screen. From there, select Open Santa Tracker and you’re good to go.

If you’d rather not use the app, you can also view the tracker on the desktop site, which is currently hosting a variety of other Christmas-related games and activities.

Happy Santa watching!
