Halton police seeking public’s assistance in identifying theft suspect in Burlington

Police say on February 27, 2021, at approximately 3:36 p.m., a suspect stole a victim’s debit card and then withdrew funds from her account.

According to police, the suspect also used the stolen debit card at the Wal-Mart on Fairview Street as well as the RELM Cannabis Store on Fairview Street in Burlington.

Police say the suspect is described as male, between 35 to 45 years of age, between 6′ to 6’2″ and between 190 to 200 lbs.

According to police, he was wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt, a black vest and a black hat.
