Frigid weather is set to hit the Halton Region.
And, in some cases it has already arrived.

Currently, according to The Weather Network, it is minus 12 in Burlington, minus 12 in Oakville but feeling like minus 17, minus 12 in Milton but also feeling like minus 17, and minus 13 but feeling like minus 19 in Halton Hills.
Bring on the blankets and warm drinks!
Yesterday (Jan. 10) evening the Halton Region issued a cold weather alert. This alert has not yet been lifted.
