Burlington Man Arrested After Multiple Exposures to Female Victims

A man has been arrested following a string of sexual offences that took place in Burlington.
A man has been arrested following a string of sexual offences that took place in Burlington.
Between December 20 and December 29, police investigated five separate incidents in which an adult male exposed himself to female victims.
The victims ranged in age from 11 to 38 years old, police say.
The incidents reportedly took place in the areas of Tecumseh Park, the Waterfront Trail, and Cumberland Avenue.

Police say the male was immediately taken into custody after the final incident on December 29, in which he reportedly exposed himself to an adult female.
Michael Konik, a 30 year old man from Burlington, was arrested.
Konik is charged with five counts of indecent act, two counts of exposure to a child under 16, and one count of invitation to sexual touching.
Konik has appeared in court and will make another court appearance on Monday, December 31, police say.
