Burlington Festival Lights downtown Christmas holiday

Burlington residents who may not have had a chance to check out the city’s Lakeside Festival of Lights this year will still have a chance to do so until the end of January.

The Burlington Lakeside Festival of Lights features 60 magical lighting displays set up at Spencer Smith Park and will remain open until Jan. 31 from 4:00 pm to midnight.

Residents are reminded that a ticket is not required to enter the festival and that there is no admission fee.

While the festival does not provide any food or beverages, there are many great restaurants in close proximity to check out and support amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

Pet owners who wish to bring their dogs will be permitted to do so.

For those who prefer to drive, most of the lighting displays will be visible while driving down Lakeshore Road.
