Burlington drug investigation leads to four arrests

On March 2, 2021, members of the Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) – 3 District Street Crime Unit, conducted a Controlled Drug & Substances Act search warrant at a residence in Burlington.

Police say four individuals were arrested and a quantity of drugs and other items were seized including 178 grams of cocaine, 41 grams of psilocybin, $1650.00 cash, three cell phones and three digital scales.

The following individuals have been charged, according to police.

Jeffrey Hill, a 35-year old from Burlington has been charged with trafficking in a controlled substance – cocaine, possession for the purpose of trafficking – cocaine and possession for the purpose of trafficking – psilocybin.

Nicole Rose a 32-year-old from Burlington has been charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking – cocaine and possession for the purpose of trafficking – psilocybin.

Kale Hutching, a 32-year-old from Burlington has been charged with possession of cocaine.

Kirsten Kelleher a 32-year-old from Stoney Creek has been charged with possession of cocaine.

All accused were released on an undertaking, according to police.
