Open:

  • Gore Meadows Covered Outdoor Skating Rink, Chinguacousy Park Skate Recreational Trail, Gage Park Outdoor Skating Recreational Trail, and Mount Pleasant Outdoor Skating Rink
  • Shoppers World
  • Bramalea City Centre
  • Many restaurants (call ahead or check online hours and delivery services)
  • Most drug stores like Shoppers Drug Mart (check individual stores for hours)
  • Most Rabba Food Stores will be open (check individual stores for hours)
  • Many takeout coffee shops such as Tim Horton’s and Starbucks (check individual stores for hours)
  • Century Gardens Recreation Centre
  • Many outdoor skating rinks (check times with the city to be sure)

Closed:

  • Most major stores (call ahead or check online hours and delivery services)
  • All major grocery stores (i.e. Metro, Longo’s)
  • Government offices including City Hall which will be closed until Jan. 3
  • All Brampton Library branches

Transit

  • Brampton Transit will operate on a Sunday service schedule with extended New Year’s Eve service and free rides after 7 p.m.
