A 19-year-old man is dead after a shooting in Brampton
Around 10:00 p.m. Monday night, a call came in to report a man found with no vitals signs at a Motel 6 located on Steelwell Rd in the area of Steeles and Tomken in Brampton.
Shortly after, EMS received the updated information that the caller had heard multiple gunshots.
At the scene, tactical police officers and two K9 police dogs canvassed a large area around the property.

Police and paramedics were spotted going around the higher floors of the hotel through the windows before exiting with an empty stretcher.
One male victim was pronounced dead.
The homicide bureau is currently investigating the incident.
There are no reports on suspects or other injuries available at this time and the identity of the victim has not yet been revealed
