Unique And Free Dance Festival Coming To Brampton’s Garden Square

If you are a fan of hip hop and dance, then you may be happy to hear that Brampton is hosting free dance workshops and a dance battle very soon.

On August 11, Th. Projects will host Street Stylez in Brampton’s Garden Square.
The free event will run from 1 p.m to 9 p.m. Bringing the underground scene to the square, the event will feature free workshops, dance battles, cyphers, and more. There will also be an after-party at the end of the day.
Well-known and talented dancers will show off their moves in the battle, performances and street dance workshops.

Though, the group has yet to announce the details about the battle. They have released the full schedule for the day.
Schedule:
1 PM – 1:45 PM: Street Dance Workshop: Waacking with Bacardii
1:45 PM – 2:30 PM: Street Dance Workshop: Hip Hop with Mariano
2:30 PM – 3 PM: Cypers & Artist Performances
3 PM – 7 PM: 1V1 Battles judged by Daniel Keith Morrison from The Moon Runners, plus intermissions with dance performances
7 PM – 9 PM: After-Party Cypher on The Rose Patio
Residents are encouraged to immerse themselves in the emerging hip hop dance scene of Brampton.
