A pair of suspects are in handcuffs following a home invasion in Brampton early Tuesday.

“Two male culprits were arrested leaving the scene,” said Peel Regional Police Const. Rachel Gibbs.

Officers were sent to a house in the Fletcher’s Meadow area, near Creditview Rd. and McCrimmon Dr., at 1:23 a.m.

“We have limited information right now,” said Gibbs.

“We attended and there was a home invasion-style robbery.”

The homeowner suffered minor injuries.

A perimeter was set up around the home since police thought another suspect was still inside but that wasn’t the case.

It’s unclear what was taken from the house or why it was targeted.

There’s no risk to public safety, said Gibbs.

Charges are pending.
