Traffic delays expected due to ongoing rally in Brampton

A rally is taking place this afternoon in Brampton.

Police reported this afternoon a car rally in process from Queen St E and Central Park Dr to Hurontario St and Steeles Ave W.

The rally is now proceeding on foot toward Hurontario St and Queen St, police say.

Higher pedestrian traffic and road congestion is expected as a result.

Other residents are asked to expect delays and try to take alternative routes.
