New numbers from the real estate website Zoocasa show the most expensive and most affordable houses in Brampton in the month of January.

Let’s take a look at these homes which have been deemed the cheapest and most expensive in Canada’s ninth largest city, starting with the cheapest (most affordable).


18 Knightsbridge RoadThis is a two bedroom condo apartment with an enclosed balcony, described as “a prestigious building with a large open concept living room and dining room great for entertainment.” It’s also close to a Brampton library branch, the Bramalea City Centre, a major highway, GO bus and Brampton Transit terminals.
