On the morning of May 6, a civilian vehicle was involved in a motor vehicle collision with a Peel Regional Police cruiser in Brampton. The civilian driver and her son sustained injuries.
The Interim Director of the Special Investigations Unit, Joseph Martino, has determined there are no reasonable grounds to lay criminal charges against the officer in relation to this incident.
