Robbery Suspects On the Run in Brampton

Three suspects are on the loose following a convenience store robbery in Brampton early Monday.

The incident took place around 6;20 a.m.

Emergency crews were sent to the Kennedy Rd. and Dean St. area, finding one victim.

“One of the employees had a minor laceration,” said Peel Regional Police Const. Mark Fischer, adding paramedics treated the victim but a trip to the hospital wasn’t required.

An unknown weapon was used in the holdup. The K9 unit attended the scene however the track turned up empty.

The suspects made off with cash and a cell phone.

Police are looking for three male suspects in their mid 20s.

They were wearing black clothing and had their faces covered.
