Police seeking public’s assistance in identifying suspect in connection to sexual assault in Brampton

Peel Regional Police (PRP) is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect connected to a sexual assault investigation.

On September 20, a woman was sexually assaulted at a shopping centre by an assailant unknown to her in the area of Steeles Avenue East and Parkhurst Square in Brampton.

The suspect is described as a brown man between the ages of 35 and 50 with a medium build. He was last seen wearing blue jeans with a red stripe down the side, a jacket with the American flag on it, black shoes with a red/orange line and a black mask.

Investigators with the Special Victims Unit (SVU) are looking to speak to anyone who may have witnessed the incident or has any information related to the suspect’s identity.
