Police searching for dog owner after woman injured by dog bite in Brampton

Officers are searching for a dog owner in Brampton today.

Earlier this afternoon, a woman was bitten by a dog and injured in the area of Egypt Dr and Starhill Cr.

The victim was taken to hospital.

The dog and its owner left the scene, police say.

He’s described as a South Asian male, 25 to 30 years old, 6 ft, with a beard, wearing a grey hoodie, grey jogging pants, and red sandals.

UPDATE: Police say the male had two dogs with him, and the dog responsible for the bite is the grey-white dog pictured below.
