Peel Regional Police (PRP) have identified the type of vehicle that was involved in a fatal hit-and-run in Brampton.

Sometime between 11:40 p.m. on May 1, and 12:05 a.m. on May 2, 32-year-old Colin Fisher was riding a bicycle eastbound on Bovaird Drive, when he was struck by a vehicle between Heritage Road and Mississauga Road.

Despite the best efforts from paramedics, Fisher succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. 

The vehicle, which fled the scene, is believed to be an older model, black, two-tone F150. 

Investigators from PRP’s Major Collision Bureau (MCB) are urging the driver to contact a lawyer and turn themselves in.
