Police have arrested a man in connection with an alleged sexual assault against a 12-year-old victim in Brampton.
Peel police report that on the morning of Monday, Sept. 18, a 12 year-old was sexually assaulted while in the area of Francis H Taylor Park on Ashby Field Road in Brampton.
On Friday, Sept. 22, investigators from the Special Victim’s Unit arrested 22-year-old Brampton man Thomas Dankwa. Dankwa has since been charged with sexual assault and sexual interference.
He was held pending a bail hearing.
