Ontario Premier Kathleen Wynne visited the YMCA in downtown Brampton today as part of a community skate day on Thursday, Jan. 11.
Ontario Premier Kathleen Wynne visited the YMCA in downtown Brampton today as part of a community skate day on Thursday, Jan. 11.
The skate, which was originally supposed to take place at Gage Park, had to be moved to the YMCA due to weather. The event was hosted by Vic Dhillon, MPP Brampton West and Harinder Malhi, MPP Brampton Springdale (pictured above).

The premier was also greeted by Jeanette Waud from the YMCA, along with YMCA staff. The staff provided Wynne with a tour of the facilities and told her what members can expect to experience at the establishment (pictured above).
Wynne also met and greeted people in the community room.
