“There was a level of violence” to all six robberies, said Det. Paul Harrower, adding “the investigation could potentially have more charges to come.”
All youths have been remanded into custody.
A gunpoint convenience store robbery sent officers to Mac’s Milk at 10 Mountainview Rd. S. in Georgetown on Dec. 30 at 10:15 p.m.

That’s where four male suspects allegedly entered the store, pulled a gun, and bound the clerk.
The suspects stole cigarettes, cash, and candy before fleeing in a vehicle, say investigators.
The clerk wasn’t injured.
Patrol officers found the vehicle at the Subway restaurant at 374 Guelph St. at 10:40 p.m. and spotted the suspects.
Three boys were arrested, while a fourth suspect fled.
He was tracked by a police dog named Bravo and handcuffed.
Police seized a number of items, including a loaded 9 mm handgun.
Since the initial arrest, investigators have linked the four suspects to two more robberies in Halton Hills.
One took place on Dec. 22 at the Quik-Pik Variety Store at 221 Miller Dr., while the second was on Dec. 28 at the Quik-Pik Variety Store at 160 Guelph St.
Investigators have connected the suspects to a similar robbery – involving an alleged assault – in Durham Region on Dec. 24.
There were also two convenience store heists in Brampton: the Circle K at 2200 Queen St. E., at Torbram Rd., was held up on Dec. 25 around 7:30 a.m., and this one on Dec. 28.
There were no serious injuries in the Brampton incidents, said Harrower.
Investigators have also recovered “numerous knives, electronics, and other merchandise from the affected convenience stores,” said Det. Sgt. Dave Costantini.
The four youths charged are 14 to 16.
Three teens are from Toronto, with one from Brampton, Harrower confirmed.
Their identities are protected under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
Charges include: robbery with a firearm; wearing a disguise with intent to commit a criminal offence; defacing the serial number of a firearm; forcible confinement; assault causing bodily harm; breach of probation; breach of recognizance.
