Mississauga has become home to a variety of exciting new condo developments in recent years, which now includes the artistic and luxurious Arte Residences, currently taking shape downtown at 89 Dundas Street West (registrations open now).

Located just a few blocks south of Square One and 300 metres from the Hurontario LRT, the 18-storey tower will boast over 22,725 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenity space including an outdoor fitness studio, rooftop bar and lounge, indoor and outdoor co-working lounges, and an outdoor dining room with an incredible view and green walls for privacy.

Arte is the latest project by EMBLEM Developments, a major player in the condo development scene. EMBLEM is also known for the Artform Condos at 86 Dundas Street Eastand 1 Jarvis St Condos in Hamilton.

EMBLEM says the popular 1 Jarvis St condos sold out all 354 units in just 48 hours.

“We identify development sites which are opportunistic and poised for meaningful price appreciation, then combine it with exceptional design that is unmatched by anything around it,” says Kash Pashootan, EMBLEM Developments’ CEO. “This formula is what we are building our reputation on.”

Pashootan says EMBLEM is always striving to capture that special “it feeling” with all of its condos – the feeling of walking into a special place like no other.

To capture that feeling with Arte, EMBLEM is partnering with world-renowned artist Daniel Mazzone, who is collaborating with EMBLEM to design the tower’s floor layouts, lobby and amenity spaces, bringing his artistic flair to Arte’s overall design.

Daniel Mazzone is well known for his distinctly vibrant and eye-catching artwork, which has also earned him a massive following online. He’s a key artist in the annual Art Basel art show in Miami, Florida, has his artwork featured in several major hotels (including 1 Hotel and W Hotel), and his pieces have been collected by major figures such as François-Henry Bennahmias, CEO of Audemars Piguet, and Randy Frankel, owner of the Tampa Bay Rays.

“Daniel is not only well-respected on the global stage, but he also embodies EMBLEM’s approach to design. Creative and modern, yet having depth and expressing a classic aura which achieves ‘Timeless.’ That is our thinking at EMBLEM, and you see that with Daniel’s work,” says Pashootan.

“His art features an icon, a classic, and creates something new that is beautiful and creative but preserves the classic nature. When design is old and new at the same time, and it feels natural, THAT is the definition of ‘Timeless.’”

In addition to its focus on luxury and creative design, the Arte Residences will place emphasis on outdoor amenities just as much as indoor ones. The indoor and outdoor co-working lounges, fitness areas, and dining rooms are just a few areas that will allow residents to recharge and socialize.

The new condo project heavily contributes to the exciting growth of the Dundas Corridor, which is poised to welcome 52,000 new residents and 9,600 new jobs.

If you’re interested in everything the new Arte Residences have to offer, be sure to register soon.

“Whether one is buying for their future home or buying as an investment, the combination of location, steps to transit, collaboration with Mazzone, building design and suite layouts make this a highly desirable project,” says Shamil Jiwani, Director of Real Estate at EMBLEM.
