Man Trapped in Brampton Crash

One person is trapped in a crash which has emergency crews on scene in Brampton during the Monday morning rush.

An adult man is being extricated by firefighters.
The crash is at Airport Rd. and Cottrelle Blvd. around 8:30 a.m.
Injuries are unknown.
Expect delays and avoid the area, say Peel police.

UPDATE: The man has been removed from the vehicle, say police.
He’s being transported to Sunnybrook in critical condition.
Portions of both Airport and Cottrelle are being closed for the investigation.
Expect major delays.
