Knife-wielding man robs Brampton store

Police are on the scene following a robbery in Brampton.

The incident took place at an unnamed store on Bovaird Dr. W. near Hurontario St. around 3:39 p.m. today (Oct. 31).

According to Peel Regional Police, the man entered the store waiving a knife and demanding money.

There were no injuries, but the man took off with an unspecified amount of cash.

The suspect is described as a Black male, 16-18-years-old with a thin build.
