Beginning today (November 2), hours will be extended at Brampton’s cold and flu clinic.

The clinic will now be open everyday from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm.

At the clinic, visitors may see a doctor for their cold and flu systems as well as get tested for COVID-19 should they meet the criteria.

No appointment is needed to attend the cold and flu clinic.

On September 15, the COVID-19, Cold and Flu Clinic opened at Peel Memorial Centre for Integrated Health and Wellness, which is dedicated exclusively to providing care for people with moderate flu-like symptoms and to differentiate them from COVID-19 cases.

Patients who have mild flu-like symptoms and do not need to see a physician can receive a COVID-19 test at Osler’s COVID-19 Testing Centres by appointment.

Patients who have moderate flu-like symptoms can receive a COVID-19 test, have a medical assessment done by a physician and receive the next steps regarding their care, based on their symptoms at Osler’s COVID-19, Cold and Flu clinic.
