Homicide Investigation Underway After Brampton Man Found Dead

Around 12:43 p.m. on Friday, July 5, police responded to a call to check on the well-being of a man believed to be residing in the area of Advance Boulevard and Dixie Road.
“Upon arrival, officers located a single victim inside the premise with obvious signs of trauma,” police say.
54 year old Brampton man Ajay Chibber was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police believe this is an isolated incident.
The Homicide and Missing Persons Bureau is continuing to investigate the circumstances of this case.
