First responders attending to pedestrian struck by vehicle in Brampton

First responders are attending to a collision in Brampton.
At 6:20 p.m. Wednesday (January 7), first responders were called to the area of Steeles Avenue West and Financial Drive in relation to a pedestrian struck by a vehicle.
The driver remained at the scene, and the victim, an adult woman, is conscious and breathing–she’s being treated by paramedics.
One lane of Steeles eastbound is closed; drivers are encouraged to avoid the area.
