First responders assisting pedestrian struck by vehicle in Brampton

First responders are attending to a collision in Brampton.

At 6:45 p.m. tonight (December 16), first responders were called to the area of Notre Dame Avenue and Kennedy Road North in relation to a pedestrian who was struck by a vehicle.

The driver remained at the scene, and the pedestrian, a 24-year-old woman, is conscious and breathing–she fortunately only suffered minor injuries.

Drivers are encouraged to avoid the area.
