It’s no secret that Brampton has a pretty awesome downtown.

It’s no secret that Brampton has a pretty awesome downtown. With some of the hottest restaurants to eat at, a wide variety of unique shops, and regular events, downtown Brampton is usually the best place for residents to hang out and soak in all the best of what the city has to offer.

However, as you’re no doubt aware, the COVID-19 pandemic has forced almost all businesses in the city to close, and downtown is no exception. With closures set to continue for the foreseeable future, residents may be more than a little frustrated with not being able to frequent their favourite restaurants and stores.

If you’re one of them, then here’s some good news: You don’t need to physically be downtown to take advantage of the Virtual Spring Sidewalk Sale!

During the sale, which happens from May 4 to 9, downtown Brampton businesses will go live on their Instagram/social media pages to show off their hot new deals and let residents know what they’ve been up to during the pandemic.

Whether you’re looking for some stylish new clothes or a special gift for Mother’s Day, the Virtual Spring Sidewalk Sale will cover all your online shopping needs with businesses such as Restyle Beauty Boutique, Perpetual Bazaar, Dress People, and more participating.

Additionally, throughout the week, the Downtown Brampton Business Improvement Area (BIA) will be highlighting and promoting different businesses in their Instagram Stories and other social media pages.

Downtown Brampton is a special place for all of us, each for our own reasons. The Virtual Spring Sidewalk Sale is a great and easy way to continue supporting small businesses and business owners during the ongoing pandemic.
