Exciting Esport Event Coming to Brampton

The Brampton Eports Challenge will be held over the coming weeks next month, giving young gamers (age 11 to 14) a chance to compete and get a feel of what it means to be a pro gamer.

The game of choice will be FIFA 19 on Xbox One. Though entries into the tournament are full, the event can still be viewed as an attendee.

The qualifying tournaments will be held at:

  • Friday, May 10 at the Cassie Campbell Community Centre from 5 pm to 8 pm.

  • Saturday, May 11 at the Brampton Soccer Centre from 12:45 pm to 3:45 pm.

  • Saturday, May 18 at the Earnscliff­e Recreation Centre from 2 pm to 5 pm.

  • Friday, May 24 at the Century Gardens Recreation Centre from 4 pm to 7 pm.

  • Saturday, May 25 at the South Fletcher’s Sportsplex from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm.

There will be a Final City-Wide Tournament open to the winners of the qualifying tournaments. It will be held on Saturday, June 15 at the Century Gardens Recreation Centre from 10 am to 4 pm.

Ebgames will be supplying the prizes for the contestants.
