Emergency services are on scene following a pedestrian being struck by a vehicle in Brampton.
According to police, this incident occurred at Kenview Boulevard and Finch Avenue.

According to police, this incident occurred at Kenview Boulevard and Finch Avenue.
Police say that a vehicle went into a bus shelter and struck a pedestrian.
The vehicle remained on scene and the victim is alert and conscious.
Police are asking people to avoid the area as traffic will be moving slowly.

UPDATE (8:03 a.m. Jan. 3): According to Peel Paramedics, a male patient in his 20s has been transported to a trauma centre and is in a life-threatening condition.
UPDATE: All roads have been re-opened.
