The City of Brampton has announced the extended cancellation of events until Labour Day.
As a continued response to COVID-19, festivals, events, performances and community event permits for events at City facilities and performing arts centres, including The Rose, are cancelled until September 7, 2020.
This extended cancellation is with guidance from the Brampton Emergency Management Office, Peel Public Health and is in alignment with other neighbouring municipalities.
The City of Brampton is committed to working with event organizers and rental clients to help with the impacts of these cancellations and in accordance with Peel Public Health, to determine potential future dates.

No new event bookings will be considered until there is further direction on large gatherings from the Ontario Government and Peel Public Health.
To help prevent the spread of COVID-19, City Hall and most other City of Brampton facilities, including Recreation and Community Centres and Brampton Library branches, will also remain closed until further notice.
