First responders organized a siren-blasting salute to show thanks to the healthcare workers working overtime during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

First responders organized a siren-blasting salute to show thanks to the healthcare workers working overtime during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

Just like at Credit Valley Hospital in Mississauga, Peel Police, Peel Paramedics, and Brampton Fire held a similar display earlier this afternoon at Brampton Civic Hospital.

“You are truly our superheroes and we WILL beat COVID-19!” police wrote on Twitter.

William Osler Health System‏ responded to give thanks to the first responders.

“We can’t thank you enough for your encouragement, and as always, we are so honoured to stand with you,” William Osler said on Twitter.
