Brampton schools are open today

Despite the overnight blast of winter, all schools in Brampton are open today (Dec. 1).

Both the Peel District School Board and the Dufferin-Peel Catholic District School Board indicate all buses are running and it will be business as usual at the schools.

However, there are some delays with the buses on several routes

Some schools outside of Brampton are closed due to the weather.

Both boards make the decision to decide if schools are open or closed at 6:15 a.m. and do so through their various social media outlets.
