Brampton mother celebrating big lottery win

Bonnie Shaw of Brampton has just won $146,686.30 in the Lotto Max draw from January 21, 2020, after matching six numbers plus the bonus number.

According to OLG, Shaw was at the store with her daughter when she discovered her big win.

“My daughter checked the tickets for me and all of a sudden got all excited,” she told OLG. “It was such a surprise!”

The 76-old-old retiree told OLG she was happy to share the news with the rest of her family and friends.

“I’m so excited but quite tense – it doesn’t seem real,” she said.

Shaw told OLG she’s going to share her winnings with her children and save the rest for a rainy day.

The winning ticket was purchased at Oceans Fresh Food Markets on West Drive in Brampton.
