A worker at a Brampton LCBO store has tested positive for COVID-19.

The store in question is at 100 Clementine Dr. in the area of Steeles Ave. W. and Mavis Rd.

The worker received the positive result today (January 6) and last worked at the store on December 28.

The government-operated store said it releases the information about infected workers as a way to be transparent to the public. It says it takes several measures to keep employees and customers safe including regular cleaning and sanitization and promoting physical distancing.
