A catering service now has a takeout restaurant due to its increasing demand.

The Food Quotient is a halal and vegan-friendly restaurant that offers healthy options for people on the go.

Located at 15 Fisherman Drive, the restaurant is open Tuesday to Friday from 12 to 3 p.m and 4 to 8 p.m. It is also open on Saturdays from 12 to 9 p.m.

The restaurant offers healthy and delicious food from around the globe.

The restaurants specialize in a wide selection of foods, from authentic Indian street foods like kachori, chaat, aloo tikki and pakoras, to international hors d’ oeuvres like spring rolls, chicken souvlaki, chicken tikka and gluten-free Cajun shrimp guacamole bites.

Due to popular demand, they now offer hot, ready-to-enjoy individual meals through SkipTheDishes and UberEats.

“We believe that food should be made with simple, fresh ingredients and flavourful spices that complement the food, which is why we make all our food from scratch. We handcraft every single order with love and care, and that shows in every flavourful bite. From bowls to burgers, from wraps to paninis, fresh crisp salads to traditional meals, whether you are a chicken lover or a confirmed vegan or simply wish to nourish and fuel your body with healthy and fresh food, come indulge your senses in the mouth-watering umami flavours of our local food for your global mind,” says the company on their website.

They will soon be offering weekly packages that can be customized to meet anyone’s needs.

According to their website, they offer a variety of individual meals to suit many needs, including vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free and halal food, microwave or oven ready. All their meals are from home-cooked flavours for your family meals.
